This is a view of your most recent service hours.
You can set up your service hours to track
automatically. For example, your monthly
commissioners meeting can be set up on a
recurring basis so you only have to enter the
data once. Each month the system will atomically
credit you the service hours to your account. It
will also allow you to view pending service
hours. This functions almost like a Microsoft
Outlook calendar.

Creating a new service activity or Unit Visit.

This give you an overview of your service hours
by year and the award your eligible for. Your
Certifying Org. has to certify your hours and
order the award. Note, you can only earn one
award per year according to the system.

Service hour listed are for adults, children and
youth service hours are lower for each award
except for the Presidents Call to Service Award.

General Info Once your Logged on.

This would allow you to view a list of all your
registered commissioners and there hours.

able to drill down into this to see any notes a
person writes when they log in hours.

You can customize a report with a verity of data
and download it into a easy to use excel sheet.
