  • Temple built to honor the goddess Athena, the
    goddess of wisdom. A giant statue of the goddess
    was placed inside the temple. Doric temple made
    of a special marble that changes color with the
    time of day .

    in a s curve. The weight of the legs are
    balanced causing the figure to look more relaxed.
  • Canon- a set of guidelines developed by the
    Greeks to help sculptors sculpt the body
    accurately.
