10STRATEGY
Take successful models of management in WATSAN in
Chile, (Coopagua, and Maule), and replicate them
at the Community Learning Centre. Establish
Maule Cooperative as the first CLC for management
and treatment of wastewater with
eco-technologies, with FESAN as a local
integrator and service provider, strengthening
local community management. Integrate
universities and government agencies as
stakeholders
11Perform with CINARA a participatory assessment of
community management that operates in Maule and
knowledge that exists in the management community
about local treatment of wastewater. Overtake a
training process to the community of Maule on the
operation and maintenance of environmental
technologies, and establish a monitoring system
for the process in conjunction with
CINARA. Training of personnel linked to the
Cooperative Maule as a facilitator of community
learning processes, emphasizing leadership.
