The Import User list is made easy with provided
instructions. The software will identify any
duplicate entries and allow edits to be made
before the final import. The add new user window
allows you to chose the type of user being added
(Employee, Temp Employee or Visitor). The Leave
of Absence feature allows multiple dates to be
selected. The icon makes it easy to identify
which user(s) are on leave.

The Network Status Monitor is a file that is
saved on a network drive and viewed through a
group of web pages The file provides live test
data of all users in the TEAM database Any user
that has access to the designated network drive
can view this data. The test data is viewed in 6
different filters and refreshes with each
selection The location of the file is shown on
the main User Status page
